This Piano Trio took me about 13 months the reason it took me so long... i was working on another 50 or so albums in the meantime...
The First Movement was writen while i was working on Re:Cap I... the second was completed just prior to the Pulitzer Prize... sadly i didn't attain that achievement... and now America is in worse shape than it was a year ago.
The Third movement's short Part A was writen around the time i started working on the ESC2369 series (all the drafts too...) but then i was immersed with this... and ended up with a MIDI Keyboard... which has made this all so much easier... the rest was written in two nights...
the fourth movement is difficult to play as they are unorthodox methods of playing... and playing them like they are a standard.
I took inspiration from my favourite piece from Mozart... A Musical Joke... it is simply with the same reasons as he wrote his... it is as innovative as Beethoven's Grand Fugue, the latter two are inspired mostly from Stockhauseen, Zorn, and Xenakis.
