This is the Precurser of my Symphony in D# Minor.
It requires quite a bit of improv and cantabile. (along with period instruments.)
It has a lot of Baroque counterpoint and various Vivaldi-ian phrases. Combined with a bit of Albinoni's Oboe Concerti. (though not quoted just the techniques.)
My original plan for symphonies was to emulate the various epochs. but then realized it was too much of a task. |
